The Alexander Technique is a process by which people can be shown how they are using themselves in daily life and how to change those habits which lead to poor coordination and often result in pain and stiffness.
It is educational in basis, but consists of a lot of “unlearning” in order to leave behind the poor habits which many of us adopt in the daily use of ourselves. When damaging habits are unlearned, this in turn leads to improves coordination, balance, body awareness and ease.
